First of all i want to thank God for bringing me to Florida from Virginia to start a new life here. I relocated here to be with my girlfriend who is a famu student. I've been here just about a month and have yet to find employment. I have a troubled past that resulted in me having a felony on my record. I was put on probation in 2007 and have completed my time of supervision as of feb 2010. I've applied for dozens of jobs and just would like for you to throw a special prayer my way. I've been on several interviews and i continue searching everyday waiting to be blessed with a job..... Thanks  from listening and you'll be seeing me again soon.

Give honor to the Lord Jesus Christ whom is the head of my Life & to Pastor & Lady Elwood....I came to NMZ one weekday to obtain info regarding church services. I was greeted in LOVE by Sis. Joann & Sis. Rebecca....Broken & wounded, they begin to minister to me...The Lord began to start moving in my life. I joined the NMZ family April 5th, 2009 along w/my 3 children. From thence forth, God has continued to do GREAT things. Although sometimes the road continues to get rough, Pastor Elwood always has a great word from the Lord! I love the NMZ family and I praise God for our leader....The website is an added blessing....I pray that the Lord continues to bless NMZ & my strengh in Christ Jesus. (LOL I finally GOT MY TITHES PASTOR!!!)

Pastor Elwood, I am so ---------- excited.  I give God praise for the great things He's doing here at New Mt. Zion.  The Website is awesome. a ministry in itself.  New Mt. Zion and it's church family has always reached outside the four walls and now I know that we will press forward to new levels in Christ Jesus. Pastor, keep on preaching God's Word for, "The Best Is Yet To Come".  May God continue to bless and keep New Mt. Praise God from whom all Blessings flow.  I am seeking to help a freshman college student find a room/affordable housing for this fall '09 to FAMU. I am a former counselor of the female student in question. She received a scholarship to attend FAMU but did not get into housing before they were full. Can someone at your church help in locating such housing?  Thank you for any help that you may be able to give. May God continue to bless you and your ministry. I just received a text from my bestfriend, Si-Meon McFadden, telling me to check out your website. I am not suprised by the website! Based upon the awesome Word that she shares with me that comes from the Lord through the Man & Woman of God of this house, I would expect nothing less. The Word that has been preached from your pulpit has changed my life (6 hours away). Whenever I come to visit, I will join in the awesome worship experence that takes place in your House of Prayer.
